Tonight’s Dessert Is Coffee | Vanilla Protein Cold Foam

Who says dessert has to come on a plate? Some evenings, I want something sweet, creamy, and a little luxurious without making an entire dessert. This iced decaf espresso with vanilla protein cold foam is my five-minute answer.
The real luxury is a little taste of cinnamon-dusted vanilla cream from your favorite bougie spoon—and the satisfied smile that follows. Put on a little jazz and make the moment yours.

Make the Coffee for Dessert
No Espresso Machine? No Problem.
Prepare a concentrated serving of instant espresso using approximately 2 fl oz water, following the package instructions. Let cool slightly before pouring over ice. For an evening treat, choose a decaf instant option; regular instant espresso contains caffeine.
Recipe Notes
The vanilla collagen powder and syrup both contribute sweetness; taste before adding anything else. The topping should be creamy and pourable, not whipped to stiff peaks. This is a protein-forward coffee, not a high-protein drink.
Make the Evening Yours
Dim the lights. Put on a little jazz. Take five minutes to make yourself something lovely.
Sometimes the sweetest part of your evening is a little something just for you.
Soft Life. Strong Metabolism.
